Excerpts for MNSS Newsletter #18935 Hans Eric Bristol Defeats Rickson Gracie Ever since Hans Eric Bristol started sending Rickson Gracie numerous challenges, Rickson has not responded. Hans even used a male stripper messenger service to deliver the challenge to Rickson himself at his school in Pacific Palisades, California on January 23, 2004 to invoke a response from him. Still, nothing. On December 12, 2004, Hans Eric Bristol was finally able to challenge Rickson. At 2:00 A.M. in the morning, Hans through meditation made his celestial body separate from his physical body. His celestial body arrived at Rickson's home where Hans drew Rickson's celestial body out into the open. Rickson's celestial self accepted the challenge. Hans visualized a cage out in the Neo-Tranzoride realm where the fight was to take place. During the fight, Rickson attempted numerous takedowns. Hans was able to evade the takedowns by shifting his body to the side and visually redirecting Rickson's eyesight with a feinting motion. The frustrated Rickson attempted to punch. Hans was able to block and dodge many of the punches, but Rickson did land one sharp jab at Hans' face. Then suddenly, Hans darted, and he disappeared from Rickson's frontal view. Then Rickson was surprised to know that Hans was in back of him. He turned around where he was met with a left hook to the chin. Rickson was knocked out in 21.3 seconds. Hans Eric Bristol has won the challenge. Keep in mind, the Neo-Tranzoride realm is a place in the celestial plane where the physical laws of nature are EXACTLY the same as in reality as proven by neo-physicists, so this is valid victory. After the fight, Rickson woke up in his bedroom with a bruised chin with total memory of what has happened. Hans also was able to pinch Rickson's sacral nerve after he was knocked out which made him impotent. Hans imputed into Rickson's memory that he is the only one who can align his nerve function meridian, and that he will only do this if Rickson's would release a public letter telling of his defeat to Hans Eric Bristol Hans Eric Bristol thanks Rickson Gracie for accepting this challenge. Rickson Gracie is wholeheartedly respected.
Concrete Wrestling Do you know that 90 percent of the techniques found in judo, jujitsu, sambo, and submission wrestling is totally ineffective for fighting in the streets. All these grappling arts are basically sport-oriented and design to be used on a cushioned environment whether it be a padded floor, in a ring, a wooded panel floor, or even a tiled floor. For instance, if you have seen no-hold-barred matches in a cage, you'll notice a grappler in the guard position entangling his legs around an opponent on top of him. The opponent would stand and lift the grappler off the ground and slam him to the ground with the grappler's legs still wrap around his opponent. If this were done on concrete, the grappler would be knocked unconscious with serious injury. Most of these grappling arts have takedown maneuvers and groundfighting techniques that would injure the grappler himself if he executes them on either concrete or a dirt or gravel ground. MNSS submission grappling techniques were designed and tested on either concrete, dirt, gravel, or rocky ground. In fact, during the earlier stages of developing MNSS grappling, Hans Eric Bristol developed the techniques with his partners on the dirt ground of a junk yard. The ground was filled with small rocks, glass, nails, and pieces of metal. When a MNSS practitioner takes down an opponent, he positions his body arm and legs in the way where he will not cut, bruise, or scrape himself. He will position himself in a way where the opponent is like a human cushion. The opponent will land hard on the ground while the MNSS practitioner will perfectly land on top of him without injuring himself in any way. A typical jujitsu expert grappling on the sidewalk would find himself having scraped knees, red, scraped knuckles, and experience pain from feeling protruding points of the human skeleton like the hip bone and elbow joints being rubbed and weighted on against the ground. Even if you are on your back, MNSS will teach you how to position your body so you will be totally cushioned on the ground with no discomfort. MNSS students begin grappling training learning to lay and roll on a concrete ground covered with nails. A trained MNSS grappler can lay on the hard rocks on the beach and fall asleep. He has learned to position his body perfectly where even the back of his head is cushioned on the rocks.
Secret Technique Revealed The following the technique is called "The Pulling a Rabbit Out of the Hat Maneuver" This a very devastating tactic revealed to the mass public for the first time. Beginning students basically learn how to pull a rabbit out of a hat. They will reach into the hat and pull a rabbit out by the ears with his right hand while making a waving "WALLAH!!" motion with his left hand. Later, they learn to do this in thin air. Then they learn the fighting application associated with it. One possible application-- an attacker lunges foreword with a roundhouse punch. The MNSS fighter darts backward avoiding the punch. When the attacker reaches close range, the MNSS fighter does a "WALLAH" motion with his left hand along the attackers right peripheral systemic view. While the attacker is distracted by the motion of the left hand, the MNSS fighter simultaneous reaches down into the attacker's pants and underwear, grab his genitals, and yanks it upward in one powerful thrust drawing kinetic energy from the knees. The attacker will howl in pain from having from having his genitals yanked upward or even ripped out if the MNSS fighter is experienced enough. This is a truly deadly and very practical self-defense maneuver.
Scott Baio Excommunicated Scott Baio, well known for his role in Happy Days, is an avid MNSS student since 1999. Scott Baio broke MNSS protocol on October 24, 2004 while appearing in a local cable morning show that airs in Toronto, Canada. As a guest on the show, Baio proclaimed he is a student of MNSS and demonstrated three highly classified fighting techniques to his two hosts. Baio even directly instructed the female host on performing one of the dangerous techniques. As of now, Scott Baio has been excommunicated from the MNSS community. All masters are banned from training Baio. Baio became a disciple of MNSS Master Vincent Nepal Monroe. Monroe was trained under Master Hans Eric Bristol himself who taught Monroe to accept only students with high moral fiber and are able to retain the secrets of MNSS. Monroe miscalculated. Monroe thought Baio would be a great celebrity promoter of MNSS only after Baio has finished his training and promises to not reveal any specific, detailed MNSS fighting secrets to the public. Baio did not do this. Monroe is now undergoing a 23-month moral detection training under Bristol himself for making such a bad judgement. We offer the best wishes to Master Vincent Nepal Monroe to complete his training and return to teaching.
Secret Technique Revealed Forearm Smashers Muay Thai kickboxers are known for making painful kicks to the thigh of an opponent. With enough kicks, the opponent's thigh can be swollen red. Forearm smashers is a technique similar to Muay Thai thigh kicks. Instead of going after the opponent's legs, forearm smashers go after the opponent's arms. With the opponent in a fighting position with his arm outstretched, MNSS fighters would smash the opponent's forearms. Forearm smashers are done with the hand clenched in a hard fist. The arms and shoulders are relaxed. The MNSS fighter would swing at the forearm hitting them with the side of the fist. Like Muay Thai thigh kicks, forearm smashers aren't design to knock an opponent out. With enough hard, painful smashes to the forearm, an opponent will have trouble launching an offensive or concentrating. Forearm smashers can also set up an opponent for a more devastating blow, knocking their defense out of the way. In no-holds-barred competition in Switzerland, MNSS fighters bombarded their opponents with forearm smashers. In between rounds, opponents are found itching and rubbing their red, swollen forearms from having taken so many blows.
The Male Menstrual Cycle All people are not either male or female, but they are both. For those who are perceived to be male, it means their male side is dominant and their female side is recessive. This is vice-versa for those who are perceived to be female. Before we are conceived, our celestial bodies came from the heavens as round spheres. Imagine the sphere divided exactly in half. One side would be black which is the male side. On the other side is white which is the female side. The sphere is rapidly spinning. As it spins, sometimes the black side appears in front, sometimes the white. Once a child is conceived and becomes an embryo, the constantly spinning sphere enters the embryo, giving it life. Once in the embryo, the sphere stops spinning. By chance, sometimes the sphere would stop spinning with the black side facing the :"frontal, dominant side" of the embryo. If this is the case, the embryo, who grow up to become physically male with female as the recessive. If the sphere lands and stops with the white side facing the frontal, dominant side, it will develop to be physically female with male as the recessive. In some rare cases, the embryo would land right in between with half or a portion of the white and half or a portion of the black side facing the dominant side. In these cases, the child will grow up to be either homosexual, bisexual, or a hermaphrodite, depending on how much of the black and white side are facing the front. There is a celestial grand reason for this which will be discussed later. If you are a man, though you may appear to have male organs, you also have female organs. Where are they? They are invisible as part of your celestial body is hidden away on the recessive side. Feel your lower abdomen. Yes, you have ovaries inside of you. All men ovulate and menstruate. Celestial menstrual blood escapes from a man and gets absorbed into the outer surrounding during that time of the month. Through meditation, a man can tap into his recessive female side and prevent the menstrual blood from escaping. The celestial menstrual blood can be recycled and used to create a sudden burst of enlightenment and inspiration. All men have recycled their menstrual blood at least one time in their lives without knowing it. Some gifted individuals can subconsciously recycle their menstrual blood all the time. Ever been clueless on what to do during a problem, and all of a sudden, you have a great ideal. Ever have writers' block and suddenly out of nowhere, you become inspired and the words just start pouring onto the page. Men who have felt this have drawn energy from their menstrual blood. Women can, in term, tap into their recessive male side and cause themselves to ejaculate. They can then redirect their celestial semen back into their bodies and where they can gather enormous creativity and ingenuity.
MNSS fighting has six types of power in which strength can be derived from Circular Arc Power The first type of power is circular arc power. Let's say you have an opponent on the ground and attempt a leg lock. The opponent resists and tenses up his leg. You apply the leg lock in an arc, circular fashion. Power is generated by doing this, and the leg cannot resist and is locked into position. Have someone outstretch their arm and hold it strong. Press straight down on the arm. If the person is strong, you cannot do it. Now press down on the arm using circular or arc force. You have become that much more powerful. Structure Power Stand up and ask someone to use one hand and push you back. As you are being pushed, you relax your body, not centralizing tension or weight on any particular part. Your whole body become one unit like a solid structure. You resist and you end up using the person's own force against him. Now you ask that person to stand and resist as you push him. With your arm outstretched, once again, you relax you whole body so it becomes one unit. You push him back. Once again you are using the person's own weight and resistance against him. Localized Muscle Power Localized Muscle Power seeks to generate power by using only using a specific set of muscles while relaxing all others. While doing an arm lock on a strong individual, only certain muscles are used to generate power to position the person's arm into place. It is important to localize those muscles and contract only those muscles as much as possible while relaxing all other muscles, so they do not impede the power of the localized muscles. Relaxed feather power Relaxed power is the opposite of muscle power. In the case of relaxed feather power, we relax our bodies until it feels light as a feather. Sometimes, if we relax our muscles as much as possible, we would actually encounter less resistance and generate more power. Relaxed feather power can also take advantage of speed and momentum. If someone has their hands around your neck. Really relax your arms as much as possible and shove that person's arms away from you. Relaxing as much as possible can actually generate more power. Relaxed Weight Power Like relaxed feather power, relaxed weight power encourages relaxation of the body. However, it encourages relaxation of the body so it feels heavy instead of light as a feather. Relax your body, so you will feel your own body weight. Your body should feel like sacks of flour pile on top of one another. When going for a grappling takedown, totally relax your body and feel your own relaxed body weight. You will be many times more forceful like a battering ram during the takedown. Driver power Driver power emphasizes that the driver is more important than the screw. When you are kicking, relax the kicking leg as much a possible while putting weight on the standing leg as well as the rest of your body. When you push someone, relax the arm that is actually doing the pushing while putting weight on your torso. By relaxing the limb that is making contact, the power comes from what's behind the limb. By relaxing that limb, power can be transmitted into your opponent. Otherwise, the power would disrupt if the limb is tense or feels heavy. All these forms of power are implemented into MNSS punches, kicks, elbows, takedowns, ect. In other words when learning to punch, instead of learning to punch using one type of power, a MNSS student learns how to punch using all six types of power generations. What they will use in a real fight depends what they feel is the most natural to them for that particular technique at the moment.
